Can you address the eligibility to use for planning, design, environmental and/or construction costs? While working on systems changes, we’d like consider some element of site environmental remediation for example.

We received the last round10-min grant. shall we apply again? or would we not be considered a priority candidate?
Can we apply for multiple parks?
If it's a three-year grant, shouldn't it wend on 2024?
Does a grantee have to take all three years or can they finish before?
Could this grant be used to develop a watershed-based green stormwater infrastructure installation and maintenance program/system?
Would buildings be considered an eligible project, such as an indoor sports building for community use?
Could we use this to match an open-space State grant?
Would updating a playground to create an all-inclusive space be considered eligible for this grant?
